Hi there Shari! I love your blog – just thought I’d let you know I have awarded you a Liebster Blog Award – to check out the post and the rules for acceptance go to http://figandwalnut.blogspot.com.au/2012/04/liebster-blog-award-thanks-in-jam.html. Keep posting your marvellous recipes!
Thank you for the award!!! I’m honored that you like my blog enough to give me an award!
Do you ever make mutter paneer/tofu or saag paneer? They are two of my fiancee’s favorite dishes, would love to see a post on them! We are just getting started in the world of Indian cooking and so far only have a good chana masala recipe, we have tried saag paneer, korma, and another curry, but they ranged from horrible to edible. I am making your curry base tonight to try with some of your other recipes and can’t wait, hoping it will help us find what we are looking for!
Aaron,
I often make matar paneer, but I haven’t recently. Thank you for reminding me, I’ll be sure to get it on the blog ASAP—same with Saag Paneer.
Do you make your own paneer or purchase it at an Indian grocer?
I hope the curry base works for you! You’ll have to keep me posted!
